Timmy Vulgar is best known as frontman in the now-defunct Clone Defects and newer project, the awesome ‘alien punk’ band Human Eye, who have great records out on In the red and Sacred Bones. What most of you won’t know is that besides being the frontman in a killer band, Timmy’s also a talented cook, who’s allegedly worked in ‘hundreds’ of Detroit restaurants between tours, and most recently has been serving his taco’s every Wednesday when he tends the bar at the Painted Lady Lounge. These taco’s are the subject of his first attempt at televised cookery, his new punk cookery show ‘Cookin’ with Timmy’ which you can watch below courtesy of the Metro Times.
